DRAKE & KENDRICK LAMAR BEEF SENDS 4 SONGS TO BILLBOARD TOP 10

Drake and Kendrick Lamar are both benefiting from their feud, as multiple songs spawned from the beef have now entered the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In the new chart released on Monday (May 13), K.Dot's dance-worthy diss "Not Like Us" premiered at No. 1., followed by his earlier diss "Euphoria" at No. 3 for its second week on the chart and the song that started it all, Metro Boomin and Future's "Like That," at No. 6.

And for Drizzy, his Kendrick diss "Family Matters" has entered the chart at No. 7.

Reacting to the No. 1, "Not Like Us" producer Mustard rejoiced in being back on top and declared the city of Los Angeles "back up."

"Sometimes you really gotta pop out and show n-ggas!!!!" he said. "To think . . . They really fronted on me and acted like I'm not who I am ! I'm thankful but not surprised; I never lost sight and stayed down.

"With my back against the wall is where I thrive. Summer started last week according to me!! See ya sooner than you think! cc: @kendricklamar city back up !!!"

It doesn't look like there will be anymore diss tracks dropping, however, as Drake appears to have thrown in the towel after being deemed by many to have lost the battle.

Taking to his Instagram Stories over the weekend, Drizzy posted an illustration of a Japanese samurai facing off against a huge cavalry - a nod to the "20 vs. 1" narrative he referenced on his diss song "Push Ups."

MASTER P VOWS TO BRING NBA CHAMPIONSHIP TO NEW ORLEANS IF GIVEN COACHING JOB

Master P has been known for his love of pro basketball for decades, dating back to playing in the Charlotte Hornets' training camp in early 1999 - but now he has said he's ready to bring home a championship.

While talking to TMZ recently, the No Limit boss discussed the state of his hometown team, the New Orleans Pelicans. He said that the team, who went 49-33 last season, gave him something to look forward to.

"I think we got a great team," he said. "I just think that maybe we gotta wait a couple more years."

He volunteered to help that process along, closing his interview by directly addressing the team's management.

"Y'all need to put me on the coaching staff next year [and] we gonna win the whole thing," he said.

By P's side during the interview was the next generation of basketball talent in the family, his son Mercy Miller.

Late last year, the younger Miller broke his Notre Dame High School scoring record with a 68-point game.

Notre Dame lit up Oakwood 104-44 in Sherman Oaks, California on December 11 and Miller scored more than his opponent just by himself. He even added 10 rebounds to his stat line to notch a double-double with an efficient 28 for 38 shooting performance.

"The Chosen one @kingkonginenergy @mercymiller," Master P proudly wrote to Instagram, in a post with the game's highlights.

Mercy is set to play for the University of Houston following his record-breaking high school career.

"I saw Mercy after his 10th grade season at a tournament in Houston. I was impressed with the way he made shots but also his unselfishness. Mercy is serious about his game. He wants to be the best player he can be. He comes from a family of high achievers," head coach Kevin Sampson said in a press release.

"Mercy understands what our culture is, and he wants to be a part of it. Those kids usually succeed here. We are really excited about bringing Mercy here.

DRAKE LIED ABOUT GIVING KENDRICK LAMAR FALSE INFO, AKADEMIKS SUGGESTS

Drake was lying about feeding Kendrick Lamar and his team false information - at least that's the picture being painted by Akademiks, anyway.

Speaking on his Rumble channel over the weekend, Ak - who has been in regular contact with Drizzy throughout his feud with Kendrick and even premiered numerous diss songs - appeared to turn on the 6 God by sharing some insider information.

The media personality said of the artwork for K. Dot's "Meet the Grahams," which featured several items allegedly belonging to Drake including Ozempic pills: "I think Drake knew these things were stolen. It does look like some stolen shit."

"Drake did know that they were stolen so I don't know if he's trying to reverse psychology it. When Drake said he set it up, I'm taking that to be the 11-year-old daughter thing," he continued, referencing Kendrick's claim that the Toronto native secretly fathered a daughter.

"Because from everybody I've talked to including Drake, we can't even see where this came from and Kendrick said it so definitively in what was supposed to be his biggest song. That was supposed to be the biggest expos ."

Drake claimed to have fed Kendrick fake information on his diss song "Family Matters," rapping: "We plotted for a week, and then we fed you the information/ A daughter that's 11 years old, I bet he takes it/ We thought about givin' a fake name or a destination/ But you so thirsty, you not concerned with investigation.

"Instead you in that Venice studio, it's a celebration/ You gotta learn to fact-check things and be less impatient/ Your/ fans are rejoicin', thinkin' this is my expiration/ Even the picture you used, the jokes and the medication/ The Maybach glove and the drug he use is for less inflation/ Master manipulator, you bit on the speculation."

Akademiks also said both rappers told lies about each other in their respective diss tracks.

"I think both of these guys put their fair share of lies in there too in the battle. Drake doesn't have a kid, Kendrick lied. Kendrick's kid isn't Dave Free's, Drake lied. So there's lies all in this."

Drake appears to have thrown in the towel after being deemed by many to have lost the battle.

Taking to his Instagram Stories over the weekend, Drizzy posted an illustration of a Japanese samurai facing off against a huge cavalry - a nod to the "20 vs. 1" narrative he referenced on his diss song "Push Ups."

CHILDISH GAMBINO CONTINUES MUSIC COMEBACK BY ANNOUNCING MASSIVE WORLD TOUR

Childish Gambino is returning to music in full force in 2024 with both new material and a massive international tour.

Shortly after releasing his new album Atavista, the rapper/actor announced on Monday (May 13) The New World Tour.

The 58-date jaunt will take Donald Glover across North America, Europe and Oceania between August 2024 and February 2025. He'll be joined on the road by fellow genre-bending stars Willow Smith and Amaarae.

The New World Tour kicks off on August 11 in Oklahoma City before venturing to cities such as Toronto, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle.

The North American leg concludes on October 3 in Chicago. The European excursion then runs from October 31 until December 5, with stops in Milan, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London and other overseas hotspots.

Finally, Gambino and co. will jet to New Zealand and Australia early next year for five dates, bringing the globe-trekking tour to a close.

Tickets go on sale Friday (May 17) via the tour's official website.

Fans can expect Childish Gambino to perform Atavista - and possibly another new album - on the tour following its surprise release this week.

This new iteration features official song titles, a reworked tracklist and several updated songs.

There are also new features from Young Nudy and Summer Walker, in addition to previous collaborations with 21 Savage, Ariana Grande, Ink and Kadhja Bonet.

Atavista arrived alongside a theatrical music video for the Nudy-assisted "Little Foot Big Foot," which boasts a cameo from Abbott Elementary star Quinta Brunson and was directed by Hiro Murai, who has previously worked with Gambino on Atlanta and Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

The Grammy-winner previously revealed that his next album is called Bando Stone in the New World and will serve as the soundtrack to a film of the same name he is working on.

CUBA GOODING JR. BREAKS SILENCE ON LIL ROD'S 'GROPING' CLAIMS IN DIDDY LAWSUIT

Cuba Gooding Jr. was named in a lawsuit filed against Diddy (real name Sean Combs) earlier this year, and he has now addressed the allegations made about him.

In late February, a producer named Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones (who worked on The Love Album: Off the Grid) accused the Bad Boy Records boss of sexual harassment as well as drugging and threatening him over the course of a year. Approximately a month later, he added the 56-year-old actor to the ongoing case as a defendant.

Per court documents obtained by HipHopDX, the plaintiff claims that he feared Combs would "groom him to pass him off to his friends" - this apparently came true when the mogul introduced him to the Jerry McGuire star, who allegedly "began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones' legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders."

Alongside an image of the alleged encounter, the filing adds: "He rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away."

During an interview on the PBD Podcast that was published on Wednesday (May 8), the Hollywood veteran shared his thoughts on the ordeal as well as his recent inclusion in it.

"I think whatever [Diddy's] dealing with, he's on his journey, man," he began. "I think that God has got him on a path where- I can't imagine that he's stupid enough to do whatever he's doing and keep it on his premises. I think that the raid and all of that stuff, only time will tell - who was involved, who had been a frequent guest in these places and areas.

"It's funny because my lawyers said, y'know, 'Every outlet in the world wants to talk to you,' and again, I'm like, 'I'm not defining myself from some headline in the press,' so I stay quiet."

The Bronx native then said that the image being used against him as evidence has been positioned to fit a false narrative, because he was just listening to a new song by the businessman and not trying to impose himself on Rod.

"That picture - everyone in the room; there's probably 300 of us on the deck of P. Diddy's boat on New Year's Eve," he added. "This guy who's suing him [is] going after the money, man. I'm sure, and by the way, I don't know P. Diddy's life. I don't know what he's going through [...] We were acquaintances, just like I just showed you. Two-three times I've seen him."

Listen to Academy Award winner share his side of the story at the 1:23:49 mark below:

According to a trigger warning that prefaces the court documents of the lawsuit in question, the filing contains "highly graphic information of a sexual nature, including sexual assault."

It continues: "Additionally, there are graphic images of the aftermath of a shooting, redacted images of sexual intercourse, redacted images of minors, sex workers, and prostitutes, details of sex trafficking, the illegal distribution of guns, and drugs."

Diddy has vehemently denied all claims, with his lawyer Shawn Holley sharing a statement with HipHopDX to shut down the allegations.

"Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday," she wrote. "His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.

"We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]'s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls."

She concluded: "We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.

SUKIHANA VIOLATES CITY GIRLS' JT ON SCATHING NEW DISS SONG

Sukihana has taken direct aim at City Girls star JT on a scathing new diss song called "Cocaine."

The Love & Hip Hop: Miami star unleashed the track on Tuesday (May 7) following a back-and-forth with the "Act Up" hitmaker.

The chorus is a simple refrain of: "Cocaine, cocaine, cocaine/ Bitch, you on cocaine."

During the first verse, Suki lobs a number of insults at JT, including: "Girl, you foamin' out your mouth, is it rabies?/ I can tell by that white tongue, you eat booty crazy/ Everybody in Miami say you suck dick lazy."

In the second verse, Sukihana attacks the Florida native's looks, rapping: "I got a beam for every bump on your lip/ Got 'em stressed out, I am under their skin/ Ol' botched body bald eagle lookin' ass bitch/ With that 5 o'clock shadow, girl, shave that chin."

She also accuses JT of "hating" on fellow City Girl Yung Miami and mocks her spat with Ice Spice, claiming her boyfriend Lil Uzi Vert wanted to "fuck her."

Uzi catches another stray when Suki spits: "Yeen lying when you said you like a trans/ Yo n-gga only fuck with you 'cause you look like a man."

Sukihana first hinted that a diss song was incoming last week, writing on X (formerly Twitter): "I was finna roast tf out of floptavia aka Ms. Shitty girl during her coke rant but I'm gone take it to the booth and show you I can really rap bum ass long tittie bed bug looking winchhhhhhhhhhhh."

She was referring to a recent social media post from JT where she denied shading Suki on her latest single "Okay."

"To clear the air @sukihanagoat you KNEW I wasn't talking about YOU I would've answered quicker if you didn't try to do a 2 for 1 special!" the City Girls rapper wrote.

"I never knew your tooth fell out from eating crab legs you go viral for stupid shit Daily & to think I'm scared of you when I'm a Zeus subscriber is SICK!"

The drama began when Sukihana publicly asked JT to clarify her lyrics on "Okay," notably the part where she rapped: "She ate crab legs, now her whole tooth missin'/ Cheap ass veneers, you stay talkin' shit/ Put a marker to this bitch, she's so counterfeit."

In a video posted to Instagram in late April, the Baddies star said: "I was locked up when the song came out. I came home, on my phone everybody keep tagging me, they tagging Cardi too, they saying JT was dissing me or Cardi B."

She added: "We all know I did break my teeth on some crab legs. I love crab legs, that's normal shit. I posted it, it's real shit and I'm living my truth. But I don't talk shit about bitches. I always show bitches love. Never hate on a bitch. Never call a bitch names.

LATTO FLIPS CLASSIC T.I. SONG IN SNIPPET OF NEW SUMMER ANTHEM

Latto has taken a classic T.I. track and put her own spin on it in what could be a song of the summer contender.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (May 7), the Atlanta rapper shared a collage of photos and a video from what appears to be a music video shoot.

The fifth slide of the carousel shows Latto and her friends outfitted in leopard print and hitting the strip club with stacks of cash.

The accompanying song samples Tip's hard-hitting 2003 trap anthem "24's," continuing the trend among her peers of mining early 2000s Hip Hop for new material.

Reworking the King of the South's original chorus, Latto raps: "Money, clothes, thick ass hoes/ I like all my diamonds froze/ Big bankroll, all summer white toes/ I can't fuck no n-gga that's broke."

Skip to slide five in the below post to hear the teaser.

While further details about the song have yet to be revealed, Latto has been busy in 2024 so far.

In February, she released the single "Sunday Service" which further fueled her rivalry with fellow rap princess Ice Spice.

Hitting back at the Bronx rap star's subliminal shots on "Think U the Shit (Fart)," Latto rapped: "Think I'm the shit, bitch, I know it, ho/ Jesus walked on water, I got ice boilin' though."

The song included other less obvious stabs at Spice including: "These bitches corny, soon as monkey see, then you know monkey do/ Do you rap or do you tweet?/ 'Cause I can't tell, get in the booth, bitch" and "I just want a one on one, don't know why she so nervous."

The 25-year-old has yet to announce a home for the track, but she did share details about her new album in an interview with Cosmopolitan last year.

"At first, I was feeling a lot of pressure, and I think it was hindering my creative process," she admitted of the follow-up to her sophomore LP 777. "Then I got myself in the space where I'm like, 'You've been here. You've done it.'

"People keep forgetting the fact that I've been rapping since I was 8 years old. My first moment was not 'Big Energy.' That was just another moment. This now has been the best recording process thus far in my career.

GUNNA SEEMINGLY HITS OUT AT FUTURE FOR CRASHING ALBUM RELEASE DATE

Gunna doesn't appear to have taken kindly to Future crashing his album release party.

The "March Madness" hitmaker announced on Wednesday (May 8) that he's dropping a new mixtape this Friday (May 10) and took a swipe at an unnamed rival in the process, writing on X: "Fuck yo album Shit ain't slappin like my MIXTAPE."

Gunna, whose new album One of Wun was already scheduled to drop on May 10, seemingly interpreted it as a shot in his direction and hit back with a tweet of his own.

"Turn this shit bac up Notch......!" he wrote, before adding: "Fuc What These boys talkin bout."

Future previously appeared to throw shade at Gunna earlier this year, presumably due to his relationship with Young Thug who Gunna has been accused of snitching on.

Back in March, Pluto's X page posted a link to Gunna's music video for "Prada Dem" featuring Offset, before deleting it hours later.

The Freebandz boss then posted a snippet of "Type Shit," his collaboration with Travis Scott and Playboi Carti from his and Metro Boomin's We Don't Trust You album, which includes the lyrics: "I don't hang with rats, that's some new type shit/ Get a n-gga whacked on the news type shit."

Both moves were seen as digs at Gunna, who controversially accepted a plea deal in the ongoing YSL RICO case, which Thug is still on trial for.

21 Savage, Lil Baby and Lil Durk are among the other rappers who have also called out Gunna, subliminally or otherwise, for pleading his way out of the case.

In an interview with XXL last month, however, the "Drip Too Hard" rapper addressed the criticism he's faced from some of his rap peers and claimed things aren't as tense as fans are led to believe.

"None of those rappers, they're not on the case. They don't know legally what's going on," he said. "I talked to like, maybe like, two or three of those guys. I talked to them on the phone."

While he didn't reveal the nature of the conversations, he did say everything was done "peacefully.

ICE SPICE TAUNTS HER HATERS WITH BOOTYLICIOUS THIRST TRAP: 'I'D BE MAD TOO'

Ice Spice has delivered a special treat, posting a juicy thirst trap for her devoted followers to tie them over as they wait for new music from the Bronx rapper.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday (May 2), the "Munch" rapper posed in a mirror featuring the Guess Jeans logo, wearing nothing but a white T-shirt and a pair of boy-shorts, with all her best assets out on display.

"i'd be mad too fs," she captioned the photo.

Check it out below.

While Ice Spice is all-too-happy to show off her best features without prompting, her ex-best friend recently accused of cheating on her longtime boyfriend with Lil Tjay, among other things.

Singer Baby Storme took to X (formerly Twitter) with a series of posts in an attempt to expose the Bronx rapper on Saturday (April 27). Along with pictures and screenshots of texts, she pledged to expose the 24-year-old for being a fake friend and a bad person.

"this is Cleo," she wrote with a photo of Ice and a girl named Cleopatra. "the girl she chose to be her 'best friend to the public.' when in reality, it was me behind the scenes. Cleo & her are not really best friends. Isis has always hated Cleo. But she used her so she could appear 'closer to blackness.' she also lied about being Nigerian. she stole that from me."

In another post, she shared a long text she allegedly sent Ice, accusing her of being a fake friend since high school and only rekindling their friendship in recent years because Storme has a following in music.

Storme then shared a text that she claims was between her and the Bronx native to try and prove that the latter is also a colorist. In the chat, the "Munch" rapper is talking about how she has no sympathy for "dark skin" people who say they have to work harder because of her skin color.

Adding fatphobia to the allegations, she shared another text screenshot in which Ice seemingly refers to a person as "wide body."

In her final post, she said that the "Deli" hitmaker cheated on her longtime producer and boyfriend RIOTUSA with Lil Tjay at one point.

"EJ, 'Riot' is her producer and boyfriend since 2019," she wrote. "he was the real mastermind behind her career & the one who pushed her to rap. she cheated on him with Tjay & then rapped about it on their song together. if you don't believe me, just go back & read the lyrics to 'Gansta boo.'"

She continued: "but this time, read carefully. they were talking about him. she knows no loyalty. not even to the only person who has always been there for her. Riot.

FUNK FLEX PICKS CLEAR WINNER IN KENDRICK LAMAR & DRAKE BEEF: 'HE WASTED NO BARS'

Funkmaster Flex has picked a winner in the rap feud between Kendrick Lamar and Drake.

The legendary New York DJ appeared on Hot 97 to talk to Ebro Darden and surprisingly threw his weight behind the 6 God, despite their past issues.

"Drake is by far the winner for me. By far," Flex declared.

"That return shot was super," he added, referencing Drake's "Push Ups" diss song. "Listen, he wasted no bars in there, he wasted no time [...] It's an amazing comeback, it's an amazing return."

[Ed. Note: Flex's comments were made before the release of Kendrick's second Drake diss song "6:16 in LA."]

Flex's view echoes that of fellow New Yorkers Cam'ron and Ma$e who have also backed Drake in the beef.

The Harlem rappers turned sports personalities shared their thoughts on Kendrick's recent diss record "Euphoria" on the their show It Is What It Is, with both men claiming that Drizzy was winning the battle.

"Drake is definitely winning from an MC standpoint," Ma$e said, praising the Toronto native's own recent diss songs "Push Ups" and "Taylor Made Freestyle," despite the latter being taken down due to legal threats from 2Pac's estate over its use of AI voice technology.

"It took a while for us to get the record from Kendrick and when you wait a while it gotta be outta this world. I think if Kendrick dropped this record right after '[Push Ups] Drop and Give Me 50,' it would have been crazy."
