In-Depth with Lady Fran: A Black Vibes Exclusive Interview

Black Vibes sits down with Gospel Music Industry professional and great humanitarian Lady Fran for a one on one interview.  Read all about what she has to say below.

Black Vibes:  How would you describe "Lady Fran" in just five words?
Lady Fran:  Creative    Blessed     Inspired     Open-minded    Grateful

Black Vibes:  Can you share some insights about Right Touch Promotions?
Lady Fran:  We have had the pleasure of serving the gospel community by hosting seminars that led to compilation CD (Make It Gospel ); sponsored video recording (Signs of Music) which has sign language interpretation for hearing impaired and mime dancers; collected and donated toiletries to the homeless shelter in Wake County;  and collected and made monetary donations to college students. Our motto is, "We grow stronger and better...together." Our events are created to offer a different atmosphere for gospel ministries and for small businesses to grow. Our intentions are to represent integrity, honesty, fairness, and uphold Christian values in business.

Black Vibes:  Who are the gospel acts that you have signed under your brand?
Lady Fran:  ReNewed of the Carolinas, JPC, CJ Taylor and Men of Fellowship, New Stars of Faith

Black Vibes:  What exciting events do you have lined up, and what can attendees look forward to?
Lady Fran:
Sept 28, 2024 starting at noon, Right Touch Promotions will host "Taking Music to the Streets" on the campus of Dubois Center in Wake Forest, NC. Featuring live performances by: The Clark Special, Andre "Smile-E" Ellis, Legacy, Intent, Chris Headen and BrandNu, and Southern Soul crooner, Nino the Gentleman, and more. Food trucks and vendors will be on site. There will also be a car and bike show going on. There is no general admission; but generous love offerings will contribute to the purchase of toiletries for the homeless shelters.

Black Vibes:  What other community activities is Lady Fran involved in?
Lady Fran:  I occasionally help other organizations, churches, and artists with their community-based activities throughout the year. My favorite community-based organization is FRAMILY....giving out free hugs, food, clothing, and more.

Black Vibes:  What do you envision for the future of gospel music?
Lady Fran:  Gospel music is the foundation of so many other genres. It will always be around.  I pray that it will become more united for better and stronger growth.

Black Vibes:  What are your plans for the remainder of 2024?
Lady Fran:  I'll be joining FRAMILY to give out hugs, fist bumps, handshakes, and heartfelt smiles in the Charlotte area. I'll always be involved in something that aids in the promotion of traditional gospel music and the growth of small businesses.

Black Vibes:  Is there anything else you'd like to highlight or promote?
Lady Fran:  "We grow stronger and better...together." This applies to all relationships and businesses. It does not cost anything to like a post nor share a smile; but that sure helps others. We are blessed to be blessings.
