DOJA CAT SEEMINGLY BAGS 'STRANGER THINGS' STAR JOSEPH QUINN YEARS AFTER SHOOTING HER SHOT

Doja Cat is rumored to be dating Stranger Things star Joseph Quinn, two years after shooting her shot at the actor.

Photos and videos emerged on social media over the weekend of the pair enjoying each other's company in London, Quinn's hometown.


One photo showed Doja and Quinn sharing a laugh inside a traditional British pub, while a more intimate clip captured them holding hands as they strolled the streets together, with Quinn caressing the rapper's back and hips.

Neither Doja nor Quinn have publicly commented on the speculation, but the former's fans were thrilled at the idea of them being an item considering her past pursuit.

"SHE GOT HIM," one fan celebrated on social media, while another joked: "doja did not rest until she got Joseph Quinn im crying."

A third user reacted with: "oh wow she really got the white boy she wanted."

Doja Cat first made it known that she has the hots for Joseph Quinn, who plays Eddie Munson the hit Netflix show Stranger Things, in May 2022 when she wrote on X (then Twitter): "joseph quinn fine as shit."

Shortly after, Quinn's Stranger Things co-star Noah Schnapp shared a screenshot of a private DM exchange between himself and Doja in which the "Paint the Town Red" hitmaker attempted to get the teen to play matchmaker.

"Noah can u tell Joseph to hmu," she messaged Schnapp, before adding: "wait no. does he have a gf?"

Schnapp replied: "LMAOO slide into his dms," to which Doja said: "idk his ig or twitter[.] he doesn't have a dm to slide in."

The Stranger Things star then sent her a link to Quinn's Instagram page and wrote: "Right here ma'am."

However, Schnapp's decision to publicize their conversation didn't sit well with Doja Cat, who proceeded to call out the then-17-year-old on Instagram Live.

"The fact that Noah did that, like went and posted a private conversation between me and him, is so unbelievably socially unaware and wack. That's like borderline snake shit, that's like weasel shit," she vented.

The rapper did, however, acknowledge Schnapp's age and said: "When you're that young, you make mistakes, you do dumb shit. I'm, like, trying to be super fair."

The actor later apologized, telling fans in a TikTok video: "Guys, everything is all good. I apologized and I still follow her and love her music. No hard feelings."

Doja Cat's love life has been the subject of speculation in recent years. She was previously linked to controversial comedian J. Cyrus, with the pair spotted smooching aboard a luxurious yacht in Cabo last summer.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar later that year, she seemingly gushed over the blossoming relationship, saying: "I love love. I'm possibly a serial dater. I definitely have had that in me a little bit. But right now I'm in a different place in my life, where I am very committed and very much in love in a different way than before.
